I had a horrible experience with this dentist. Their office said with my insurance, I had to pay first and then they would reimburse me later. Foolishly I paid upfront and then never got reimbursed. I had a mouthguard made to prevent grinding my teeth at night. The mouthguard was made entirely by an assistant who made adjustments at least 20 times, each time having to test it out on me again. The dentist never came in to ensure it fit at the end. It was so poorly made that within a couple of months, the guard had been chewed through, leaving me swallowing the wax in the middle of the night. I would stay away from this dentist.
