Dr. Quincy is a pleasant dentist but the customer service could be a whole lot better. Apparently his wife is the office manager and simply has a terrible attitude. She is rude and crude.. She must think of the patients as adversaries. Maybe Dr. Q will wise up and get someone else to run the office before he doesn't have any patients left.
