She is knowledgeable and gives you her time to explain any concerns. I will only go to her after having bad experiences with 2 other DDS. She does only what is needed to have great healthy teeth and does a great job. My teeth have been healthier since I have been with Dr. Mai. My husband now goes to her too. We enjoy watching a movie while they work on our teeth.

About Front Desk: Everyone in her staff does is friendly and very professional. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. They are great at reminder either by e-mail or phone call. They will let you know if they need to move your appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting.
