My husband has had an implant, with wonderful success! He has had several crowns with great outcomes...so natural in appearance. I have had dentistry (2 bridges and 2 crowns) 40+ years old replaced they are beautiful. The old pieces were gold and now I have a beautiful smile that you cannot even tell they are not my natural teeth. Some dental work has caused some discomfort and the staff is always helpful in suggestions for the relief of any discomfort. The business office manager, Sherry, could not be more accommodating and helpful with our insurance. Dr. Poticny's chair assistant, Melanie, is always so cheerful and puts everyone at ease as she helps Dr. Poticny during a procedure. Their newly remodeled offices are something out of a design magazine, calming and eloquentl There was great thought into patient comfort and functionality for the staff. We drive 175 miles one way to be patients of Dr. Poticny without one regret for the drive or day off to see a truly gifted dentist!

About Hygienist: Candy is our hygentist for more than 15 years, never have we had our teeth cleaned and experienced any discomfort. We actually followed her from Nacogdoches to use her and an extra blessing to meet D. Poticny. The most hi-tech equipment and extensive records of all our dental work are maintained in her office. And you see exactly what they are discussing in 3-D! It is almost like stepping into something of the future right now! A knowledgeable, gifted and talented hygentist!
