I was a patient of Jason Daaboul since he first graduated from
dental school. Was is the key word. Last year I just happened to review one of the explanation of benefits
from my insurance and found that his office had billed for x-rays that were never done. I called and
spoke to the person in charge of claims and told them what had occurred, their comment was "it doesn't matter the
insurance paid for it and it didn't cost you anything". I let them know that wasn't satisfactory and they should
reimburse the insurance.
This year I went to a different provider and had a panoramic x-ray done, my insurance denied the claim and
told me I had one done in 2013 at Dr. Daaboul's office. Guess what, I didn't have the panoramic x-ray. I went
to his office to ask about the issue and they verified I didn't have the x-ray. They told me they would pay the
other provider for the x-ray so I wouldn't have an issue with the insurance. Well I found out
that they never paid the other provider and I never received the letter that they were
supposed to send my insurance. Jason wasn't even man enough to talk to me about the issue
he just hid in his office and let the front desk person handle it.
