About Hygienist: I have not been able to return to her office as I was charged for a no-show fee for an appointment that was actually rescheduled. $45 is a tank of gas right now. Even after I wrote letters, left voicemails and emails regarding the matter, no one has ever offered to remove the fee. The mix up was due to my pharmacy prescription. However I called early the morning of the appointment and again later as no one got back to me to reschedule the appointment. I am still told that the fee cannot be removed. Sadly, I doubt Dr. Farahbod herself even knows about the situation, I think she would remove the charge. I would love to have her continue as my dentist, but unfortunately that won't happen. Above all - watch Meredith! Be very careful about your appointments and get confirmation of all cancels and if you have to reschedule get confirmation that you won't be charged a no-show in advance.
