Dr. Farahbod is a joy and does EXTREMELY good work but her front desk lady who handles charges is more than I can manage and after 4 years of going there and as much as I enjoy visiting Dr. Farahbod (she is so funny), I've asked a consensus from the office who do they use and have now changed dentise because of her office staff person, Meredith. NO, customer care, what-so-ever, NO compassion what-so-ever and when she gets to talking money and costs, not nice at all and if you question it, she has humilated me about my treatment needs. I'll really miss Dr. Farahbod..... :-( but, no more. I want to go somewhere where there is great customer care from front desk. I'm a very nice person and will go way out of my way to help people - it just feels good to help...I'm not use to this neglect.
