I am writing this letter regarding the inadequate service that I (Stafford White) received from Dr. Katy Gibson which was very unsatisfactory. Between the Insurance and my self, Dr. Gibson was paid $1800.00 plus, for this service... Their was a set of dentures prepared for me that was totally unacceptable. I repeatedly ask of her to redo the set but she chose to try and use corrective measures to solve the problem but the problem was never corrected. The dentures just did not fit nor could I use them or eat anything with them. So I chose to see another Doctor to get my work done accurately. Attach you will see where I had to get some one else to make my dentures.
Dr. Katy Gibson is not a dentist that dwells on customer Satisfaction
