Can't say enough good things about Dr Heap and his staff. From the front office to the exam rooms, everyone makes every effort to make their patients' feel welcome and at ease. After my initial appointment , I was given a complete assessment of work to be performed. The good Dr. gave me more options than I had received from 2 other Dentists. Once the procedure had begun, Dr Heap realized he could perform, with some creative innovation, part of the proposed treatment plan and thus save me $800. I can say that not only is he a seasoned dental implant expert, he also works to keep costs down for the patient. Un-heard of in the Dental Profession.
