Dr. Konig's work is professional, he has convenient office hours, is very sensitive to those of us who have had traumatic dental experiences in the past. The hygenists also seem well-qualified and careful. On the down side, the billing is somewhat erratic - no precertification has lead to my overpayment and a credit balance I cannot seem to get refunded, when I've requested precertification it has not been done in a timely manner, resulting in my not being able to handle the costs under a flex spending plan. Sometimes, I wonder about whether he's more concerned with doing the cosmetic work when I've warned him my teeth come first - I would like to be able to keep them, unlike my parents, and I have a predisposition to bad decay problems once something has started.
