After eleven months, the work I paid $18,000 for upfront is still not done.
Dr. Lepow and I agreed on $8,000 refund.
The office manager, his son Jonathan, wrote two checks for $4,000 each.
Both were hot checks.
Wiped my checking out.
Three weeks of absolute lies from Jonathan (I will immediately refund $4,000 on debit, didn't happen. I will wire $4,000 into your checking, did not happen.)
I will be filing charges in the morning for Issuance of Bad Checks, two counts.
His attitude this entire time was that I was the bad guy.
Don't even think of using this dentist office.
About Front Desk: Promised return phone calls about twenty plus times. Never received a one.
