Dr. lepow is great. However, his scheduling staff for the Orthodontist and Oral Surgeon are horrible. We have had numerous scheduling issues. Apparently one staff member schedules appts for the oral hygienist and regular dental check ups, another staff member schedules the Ortho appt. and yet another schedules the oral surgery appts. In addition, We have made appts and the staff has changed the appts due to a scheduling conflict with the doctor and /or anesthesiologist. When questioned they get defensive and insinuate that we made the error. When in fact later in the conversation they admit to changing the appts because the doctors were not available. Another point Dr. Ngyen (anesthesiologist) does not speak english very well and does not read the patients chart. If you or your child have health or organ problems I would look elsewhere. Unfortunately, we are tied to this this office for Ortho reasons (invisiline) Which we had to start over due in large part to the rushed timing of the corrections in the early stages of the invisiline process. Overall the office environment is pleasant in an uncomfortable way because you feel the negative undercurrent with the office staff.
About Hygienist: Hygienist are thorough, gentle and extremely polite. Too bad we have to interact with the office staff before and after the scheduled treatments.
