I was a patient of Dr. Moser's at his downtown office for a number of years. I was quite satisfied until I learned recently that my dental care had been sold to another dentist and, further, that I was forbidden by the terms of the sale to be seen by Dr. Moser at his Bellaire office. So much for patient "care".
