The facility of the HOUSTON NORTHWEST DENTAL ASSOC. is old and used, so are the dental instruments. The nurses are unfriendly and the never ending oldfashioned x-rays were painful. I was told to get a bunch of crowns that I don't need. I can't say anything about procedures, because after such a bad initial experience I never went back.
