My Husband has always had a hard time getting numb. So when he first saw Dr. Pinner about 6 years ago My husband and I thought "here goes the pain of a cavity getting fixed and having to have the tooth half numb". Dr. Pinner's technique worked like a charm we have been going to him since then, and the Insurance paid for most of it ,so we had no problem with our part of treatment. Office is clean and they have pictures on the ceilings to view while you are leaning back in the chair. Dr. Pinner's manners are polite,patient and always answers all my questions. The Hygienist is very though and explains exerything, always up to date on new toothpaste and brushes I ask about. Office has a computer in each room and from the room I get my next appiontment and my paperwork is all done by the time I get to the front desk, I greet the front desk and pay my part that my Insurance is not going to pay and leave. I always feel like they take the time to be organized so that my time there is fun and efficient.
