I went to this dentist for a tooth problem and they had my teeth cleaned first,which I felt should have not being done with a hurt tooth. When he saw me I told him I had seen another dentist and I was told my tooth was cracked.They took x-ray's.I did not hear from them in a month.I called them and they needed another x-ray because the First one was not clear enough.I went and he saw me again and ask me how did I know what was hurting me and I explained to him why I came the first time.I called another dentist I had seen times before.I set up an appointment on the 7th of Oct.that Dr had an emergency so that cause me to go back to Dr Punch which I really did not want to so I prayed and I went because my tooth broke in half.The service I got with him was a nite mare.He did not let the pain shoot set in and he did not tell me he was shooting me when he did.He was not easy going with my tooth and he started to pull my tooth before the numness set in.Oh but I will not render his services again nor will I recommend anyone or anybody to him ever.He is very arrogant and full of himself.Never did he show and chair side manners or speak to you in any way.he walks in start doing whatever.I have more to say but for now I am done with this de
