Think Dr Rassner is a professional dentist and good all around person. My problem is with the staff. I had a disagreement about a bill and when I questioned the staff member was treated extremely rude. It escalated to the point of shouting on her end. I found another dentist. Then the harassment started. Was getting calls from several Universities asking for "Brooke Shields" (actress and tooth paste model) this went on for several months. The Dentist is excellent and hopefully this staff member is gone by now.
