Dentist did not follow through with invisalign - end result not good Dentist office manager charges for cleaning though it's covered 100% by insurance. Promise to transfer (due to move) records to new dentist at no charge so they could take more xrays -- now charging me. Office manager does not listen-talks over patients. Very disrespectuful. Anything for money and your end results are not professional in addition to being yelled at by office manager. If you want a professional team, you don't want to be here!

About Front Desk: New front desk office manager is disrespectful -- just simply awful!

About Hygienist: That depends whether Dr. S. is cleaning your teeth or a hygienist
