My family has been with Dr. Wender for about 6 years now. I have been wanting to find another dentist, but have not until now. Since Dr. Wender has moved to his new (bigger and better) location, I have felt a sense of coldness and unfriendliness about the front office staff and the assistants. The last two times I went in for my children, both of my kids said afterward that the assistant was not very nice to them and was rushing them during the pictures of their teeth. The assistant came out and said "everything's fine" and that was it. I never saw Dr. Wender, as I had in his prior location, where they let the parent go back after the exam and briefly talk to the dentist. (My kids are 8 qnd 12 years) I guess they are too busy now. On a nice note: the office is very nice and they have pretty hi-tech equipment.
