Shoddy work. He replaced one filling with an onlay and during the process, his drill must have slipped and damaged the tooth next to it (X-rays prove a drill bit mark on the tooth next to the one he was working on. A drill mark that were NOT on any xrays previously. Not only did he damage a healthy tooth, but Dr. Nix performed sub par work on the onlay and cleaning out decay; leaving extensive decay underneath the onlay (that another dentist found and had to repair). I had 2 separate opinions on his work and they BOTH confirmed his shoddy work. What did Dr. Nix do? Gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and told me to go on my way.
About Hygienist: Nice hygienist, but rough on the mouth.
