Very nice in the initial visit/cleaning -- very thorough, good chair-side manners and friendly. I was RAVING about him and his staff to my coworkers and family. BUT when I got my 3 fillings done at another appointment, he used that waterlase (no drill, no anethetic)... it wasn't painless, but too cold/very uncomfortable. I was also drooling too much (probably from the pain and increasing anxiety), and the dr. and his assistant made me feel bad about it (assistant said 'when my kid goes in, I'll give them a antihistamine so they won't drool!!'). Due to this stress and too much saliva, I started to gag (the assistant wasn't using the sucking tool very effectively), and it was very difficult to finish off the last filling in the back of my mouth (it can't get wet so that it can set). Dr. was working fast, putting tools on my chest and he seemed very irritated as well. The job was done, with no problems, but I didn't have a very nice experience the second time around. I have never liked dentists, so this experience just made it worse.
