My husband and I and our children have all visited Dr. Mora. The service has fluctuated greatly. Sometimes we have a smooth visit, sometimes the staff and the doctor are bickering, crabby, slow, and ineffective. Four of us have had repeat visits to repair bad cavity fills. One child currently chews only one one side of her mouth because the cavity filling was not tamped down enough, even though the dentist was told. There have been mix -ups with appointments as well, with us showing up for a scheduled appointment only to be told it wasn't in the system, even though it was made in the office on the last visit. Dr. Mora is not in the office every day, and it seems like the office runs very differently when she is gone and her associate is in. Two things have been positive: the hygienists have always been professional and thorough, and the billing and insurance help has always been taken care of very well.
