On my last visit (I did go every 3 months), everything was normal. Later in the week, I checked my bill (on-line) and noticed that I had been billed twice for the same office visit 27 Sep. I printed a copy of the statement with the double-billing noted and went to see the office manager. She looked at the statement and said, "I don't see it". I contacted my credit card co and they said yes, you have been billed twice on 27 Sep 2012 for the same amount and the same location. I asked that they not pay the second billing, as the first had been paid. After four days the additional amount was deleted from my statement. The office manager just cost Doctor Walker a customer.
