ABSOLUTELY awful. COMPLETELY unfriendly. his attitude was the worst i've ever seen in a doctor. what doctor gets irritated because their patient is in pain? DR HAYS DOES!!!!!!! i will NOT reccomend him to ANY person that EVER needs a referral for a dentist.
