I was a patient of Dr. Eric Ellis' father and was excited to find a doctor that would take care of my teeth like Dr. Joe Ellis. UNFORTUNATELY, Dr. Eric Ellis employees an office manager that made my experience and my husband's experience unbearable. She forgot to schedule appointments, she forgot to file insurance claims, and she did not coordinate with the lab to get the crownS we ordered in a timely manner. The most unforgivable was her RUDENESS when dealing with me, the customer. I brought this to Dr. Eric Ellis and he decided to keep her employed. Ultimately, my experience falls on his shoulders and that includes her customer service skills or lack thereof. Do not waste your hard earned money in a place that you are treated poorly by the staff, especially, if it is tolerated by the doctor whose name is on the door.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was also fabulous. Too bad I had to take my money and my mouth elsewhere.
