New patient from phone book. Arrived to find the receptionist snacking on popcorn, got taken back for X-rays, the assistant could not work the x-ray equipment and had to keep retaking x-rays, even after she got done they were very poor looking. I presented with a lower jaw toothache, my first treatment was an upper wisdom tooth extraction. I was never given a treatment plan. My toothache remained mild afterword but recently flared up till I could not sleep. I called in for an emergency visit. I was told I might be able to be seen in the morning or the next day and they would call me back. I never heard from them again, I had to go to an emergency room. Not going back. ever.
