my 25 year old adult son had a serious heart problem that caused him to miss work
and ended up in a 12 hour heart procedure at O.U. Hospital.because of this he got behind on his
bill with this dentist. My wife and I and our 12 year old son actually had over a 300 dollar credit on our personal account with this office.
This dentist refused service to my 12 year old son who needed 4 teeth pulled per his orthodontist, which would have been covered by our insurance
and our prepaid flex card. She said because our adult son is related to us we needed to pay his bill and she wouldn't see any of us again until our
adult son had paid his bill in full. This dentist also has poor people skills and her front office staff is rude and hateful.
