Dr. Valacich is competent, but his office staff is not. His major dental assistant is also qualified. They both know their stuff. Unfortunately, his office staff is frequently incompetent, especially concerning overall patient care, billing, and delivery of dental appliances to those who expect them in a timely manner. On several occasions, I've had to specifically request they contact their lab regarding the times of their delivery for my partials, which are often over-due - and frequently, and already - at their office location, often with no notice to the patient. My experience at their Mission location has, on several occasions, been less than professional.
About Hygienist: At least as of 2010, Dr. Valaciche's hygenist has been admirable.
