I went to Dr. Carrier for the first time in January 2008. At that time, he took an impression and X-rays. He promised to call me back after reviewing, so that he could come up with options to correct my bite. I called back 2 weeks later, and he still had not looked at them. I called back a month after that, and his office said he would call me back. Then, they called me in April for a teeth cleaning appt., I asked again about the impressions and was told (again) he would call back. In late June, I went by to pick up my films and impressions so I could take them to another dentist, and was told he would have to call me since he was out. Guess what? No call after 6 months.
