Dr. Buck placed two implants in my mouth about four years ago, and it continues to be the most traumatic experience of my life. I wanted him to extract just one damaged baby tooth -- but he took out TWO! Then the process of the implants was excruciating because he and his assistant were so unprofessional. The assistant took a cell phone call while they were placing one of my implants. Geez, you'd figure they'd be more focused when they are screwing a metal rod into your jaw! Looking back, I can't believe I just didn't up and leave for another dentist. But I guess that's the beauty of learning from your mistakes.
Dr. Buck placed one of the implants much too close to one of the teeth next to it, leaving too much space on the other side. Subsequently, I had all sorts of problems with the crown that was placed on it. (Dr. Buck did the crowns, too.) One crown was slightly misshapen, enough to give me TMJ and thousands of dollars of dental and doctor visits. The implants, too, ended up failing and one needed to be replaced.
BEWARE! His costs may be lower than other dentists, but the quality is commensurate.
