My family stuck with Dr. Elling for over ten years, even when we moved to North Austin, we drove all the way to San Antonio for our checkups and treatment. The customer service at this office has become ABSOLUTELY horrible! He has NO regard for his long time patients and I am disgusted and disappointed in what has happened to his practice. This past week I sent my adult daughter for a minor procedure that is mostly covered by insurance and he SENT HER away because I forgot to give her the $65 co-pay. He has been our family dentist for YEARS and he has never gone unpaid. Because she could not reach me by phone for the credit card number, so he REFUSED to take care of a chipped tooth! Really, so much for loyalty...we are finding a Dentist who has some sort of respect for and appreciation for patient loyalty! I do NOT recommend this selfish office for treatment for anyone who expects to be treated like a person, not a walking income!
