I was a patient for 13 years. Dr. Ferro"s priority was his patients. Since he build his new office, he has turned into a very greedy dentist. It's more about making money than concern for patient. I had an appt for routine dental. Office called 5 times to make sure I would show for appointment. I talked to Dr. Ferro, his explanation was they have to have the time slot filled if they don't there is money lost. I was very upset and because of that I advised I advised I would not be going to my appointment. I got a billed for 50.00 for not showing up to appointment. I have never heard of a 50.00 dollar no show appointment. He made a partial denture which cost me 500.00 which didn't include what my insurance paid. I went back to adjust my partial, and still not able to wear. I advised Dr. Ferro that I couldn't use, he said next step would be implant which I can't afford at 3,000.00. Now I am out of 500.00 and unable to use my partial denture. Both my husband and I now go to a friendly dentist whose concern is the need of his patient and not the money. Dr. Ferro is a very GREEDY dentist;. What a shame he started out to be a great dentist.
