broke a tooth went to Southtown dental because of hours. the doctor who did root canal left the practice shortly after completed. when went for crown fitting dr. guillotines made the comment to the assistant "are you serious" don't know what he was talking about. proceeded with crown... two years of pain and complaining that there was severe pain. pain was so bad my jaw was throbbing, girl at the office told me that the computers were down and I would have to wait until the next day. office manager called back with a prescription and a referral for endodonist. endodonist took one look at x-Ray and showed where the infection was raging in the tooth and jaw bone. stupidly went back for a crown, so ill fitting that it is not real. I now have to get this crown (that was supposed to be perfect) replaced. finally wised up and went with another dentist.
