The doctor is very skilled and very pleasant. Her staff, however, is incompetent. One case occurred when I was suffering pain after some work - and was told by the staff that the doctor was not available for two weeks, and that I should go to an emergency room. Another time, I was scheduled for an appointment which required a 3 month wait because I requested a morning appointment - then the appointment was canceled the day before with the explanation: Oh, I never should have scheduled you for that time - the doctor doesn't do that kind of work in the mornings. I had to wait another month for the rescheduled appointment.
