Dr. Lewis was nice enough, although I was disappointed that he doesn't always see you for a routine cleaning. But I was very upset with his staff. When they proposed an expensive procedure, they contacted my insurance company and quoted me a net price. It turns out they were wrong but didn't apologize or compromise. "It's not our job" didn't go over too well when I was left to pay the whole bill unnecessarily (doing the procedure 3 days later would have allowed the procedure to be covered). So after a relationship of several years, I moved my whole business.
