out of 5 starsAbout Front Desk: Liz, his front staff, could not be more rude each and every time I have dealt with her. Can you believe that Dr. Iceland said right to me, "she does not like you." Ever meet a "PROFESSIONAL" telling you that?? I believe she does the biling and is clueless what she is doing...and he defends it...Then there is Melissa, not as rough, but decided to chime in when I was having a discussion with the dentist, clearly not her place. Does he need his front part time help to come to his rescue. I would think at his age, he can take care of himself. Apparently, I am wrong, I would love to know how much they would stand by him once he fires them... Let's assume NOT AT ALL!!!! The personal manner with Liz and Melissa are horrible. They are unprofessional, rude and extremely unhelpful in every way. Melissa has no idea with any payments since she is only there one day per week, and Liz is doing the billing and still has no idea. They represent Dr. Iceland perfectly, Rude, Unprofessional, and Clueless. I have personally witnessed Liz bad mouthing a patient once the patient left. It was regarding how much patient owed and when she had to pay by. Liz went into a tirade over this. Is this my business? Do I need to know about that? Does the word HIPPA have any meaning in that office? I guess it does not apply to them. Just beware of all this before you plan to visit this dental office. You can be the next topic of conversation! They are missing the top sheet of records on my husband. Another proven fact of disorganization of front staff. How can part of the patient records be missing? And how was that not dealt with earlier?
About Hygienist: I have never and would never go to the hygienist Sherri who he has working there. She once diagnosed my husband of suffering a heart attack at an early age since he has bad gums. Did she go to med school and not tell anyone!!??? We brought this to the Dr Iceland's attention, but like everything else, he just shrugs it off...Make no mistake, his priority is his staff, not his patients....Maybe they can be his ONLY patients!
I know this doctor: Too Many Years
