Small office, does his own dental hygiene. Very gentle in cleaning teeth. Soothing personality, and very encouraging/complimentary for those of us who floss on a daily basis.
Since I have dental insurance and haven't used another dentist in several years, I cannot realistically compare prices. Their overhead is low, the place isn't fancy. My portion under my insurance plan has always been reasonable.
