Overall dental experience has been great. Just recently I was fitted with a Sonomed oral appliance for sleep apnea and snoring. My husband rates it 5 stars, snoring is gone.I rate it 5 stars plus. My headaches and jaw aches are not there when I wake up. I fall asleep when my head hits the pillow and very little if any waking up during the night. I am rested and ready to go in the morning. I was hesitant after the sleep study, thinking I would have to wear a CPAP machine to take care of my problems, but Dr. Gist recommended the Sonomed appliance and it has worked wonders. Put your fears aside and go see Dr. Gist for a consult. You will not regret it one bit.
