Have to agree with the first reviewer - maximum revenue seems to be the MO for this office. Following my twice annual visit, my insurance is routinely billed for non-routine procedures that were done only once.
When questioned politely about this, the office staff became defensive, even giving non-responsive answers.
Even if I misunderstood something about the billing process, I feel I'm entitled to an explanation. You only get one chance in my book to respond to a question like that before you've lost your customer's confidence.
