I had a crown put on. Still having problems after several months. Dr. Cox is expensive, wanted to do the crown right away, that day that I first came in. Two other dentists said I didn't need the work. Emphasis on doing fast rather than well. Flippant attitude, sloppy work, emphasis on making money rather than patient satisfaction. I believe I'll have to either have the procedure redone, or have a root canal eventually. I am a self-pay. I would not recommend.

About Hygienist: Refused to make an appt. for me 6 mos out claiming they were booked up. Uncaring staff, not interested in patient satisfaction.
