I went to Dr. Chao for a consultation for a calcified root canal. He made me wait for 1 and 1/2 hours before he even saw me, and would not give me a price on the work I needed. I basically wasted my time to go get my question answered. I went to a great Endodontist in San Marino and got it done. The dentist who did it never saw me before and gave me a direct price over the phone and stuck by it. Whereas Dr. Chao wouldn't even quote me a price. I later found out Dr. Chao would have charged me $1500-$2500.00 for the work I got done for $995.00.
I would not recommend Dr. Chao at all.
