I've known Dr. Reid for 20 years. In the last 5 years, I've been diagnosed with multiple cavities on each visit. After a second opinion from a doctor, I realized I've been misdiagnosed several times and continued to go to put up with his poor Dr to Patient relationship skills. My crown was poorly done from an aesthetic standpoint and I had to point this out before he fixed it. Several cavities had to be redone. Since, Dr. Reid has retired and the practice is transferred to a younger Dr. West this year whom I hope does not share the same practice ideals as its original.
