I picked Dr. Moshrefi out of my insurance list without knowing anything abuot her other than she was on my plan and her offices were nearby. I have been seeing Dr. Moshrefi for 2 years and always walk away feeling good about my visit. Dr. Moshrefi is very caring and puts me at ease and takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain her approach.
The office staff have been able to accomodate a couple different emergencies for me and were always able to get me in within a few hours or early the next day. They call the day before an appointment to remind me.
As far as insurance goes, they were able to help me work through a problem with my company. They also seem to know exactly what is and isn't covered on my policy. that helps a lot!
About Hygienist: The hygenists have been very gentle and patient doing a great job of cleaning my teeth.
