Dr Bell has been my dentist for many years. He has always been friendly and his staff is pleasant, on time and very competent. My only concern is that he does not participate in any insurance plans which is hard for those of us who must watch our finances. He will, however talk to you about adjustments in fees. His work has been excellent and his office reminds me of something out of a Crest commercial. He is gentle and trys to make procedures relative painless.
