I have had cleanings, at least ten old or cracked fillings replaced, and four molar crowns (cracked & fragile teeth)done over the past five or so years.
All work was done correctly the first time, Dr. Cappiello is very thorough, and explains background to the procedures and preventative care. I find him to be EXTREMELY good at listening to, and addressing my concerns.
The hygienist is good as well. Dental assistant works well with Dr. Cappiello, and is very pleasant. All responsive to concerns regarding potenial pain.
I pay upon receipt of services, admin assistant submits bill/receipt directly to insurance company for payment of benefit amount to me.
Best in local area (Arlington & Vienna) that I've had in the past 14 years.
