Dr. Collins was OK for a few years--then saw small cavities on x-ray but did not tell me. 6 months later I began to feel pain, he said I must be sleeping wrong on my jaw, did not mention the cavities or repeat x-rays. I persisted 1 month later, still having pain, and assistant finally revealed that Collins had noted cavities 7 months before. I switched to new practice, cavities had enlarged, needed 2 root canals and crowns that might have been prevented, if Collins had intervened when he could have. I did not seek any action, but think he should have retired a long time ago.
About Hygienist: Good hygienist, excellent procedure assistant and receptionist.
