I have seen Dr. Economides several times for checkups/cleanings, with an overall positive experience.
While it is a no-frills operation, he is extremely prompt: if you arrive early, he will likely see you early. The cleanings are quick and efficient, and he is gentle and friendly.
The negative review is due to a filling he performed on me last year: it was done poorly using old technology, and required a root canal to fix.
Overall, I would recommend Dr. Economides for cleanings and checkups, but would look elsewhere for more advanced procedures.
About Hygienist: Dr. Economides does not have any hygeinists.
