Dr. Foster is an excellent doctor. He is sensitive to patient needs, he is remarkably current and up to date on latest technology. He is accommodating and offers a very pleasant experience while at the same time providing top rate service and quality. I highly recommend him! His staff is efficient and helpful. One is always made to feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated.
