I just went to Dr. Pandak for the first time and he was very friendly and very helpful. I am new to the area and got lost on the way to my appointment, so I was about 1/2 hour late, but they were very friendly and forgiving. The hygienist was also very nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Pandak mentioned several things I could do to improve my teeth but was not at all pushy about these voluntary (and costly) procedures. He is reasonably priced compared to other dentists I have been to. The office is small, which makes it very comfortable. I didn't feel like he was rushing around to get to as many patients as possible; he really took his time with me.
