Scheduled an appt but the front desk ladies changed my time without telling me. Then when I arrive at my appt they were rude and unhelpful. They also always want to charge you an extra office visit by forcing you to have a check up appt and then making you schedule a separate appt for a cleaning which other dentist offices don't do. my friend who lives close by has experienced the same thing regarding not being able to get a cleaning right away. Who wants to make several appts just for a cleaning and they should tell you that over the phone while making the appt before coming in. I only chose this dentist out of convenience in location but traveling is worth it for better care attention and customer service and I will never return
